We've been very happy with the HDTV we purchased. The vendor got the product to us in a timely manner and the TV itself is quite remarkable to us, coming, as we did, from a 15 year old tube Television.

I have a 37inch Panasonic Plasma and have been so happy with it I went with Panasonic again for a bedroom TV. I watch alot of TV and DVDs and have been really pleased with this set. Its pretty basic and there aren't alot of tweaks and adjustments you can do, but it looks great right out of the box, and doesn't need too much tweaking. I checked around online to find ideal adjustments for each picture setting, and I just love watching this set. DVDs and Hd look awesome, and sense the mass majority of Hd being broadcast today is only 720p or 1080i anyway this set is all you need to watch Hd matching the best signal sent. I only have 2 minor nits with this set, 1 is the remote is not universal, as my other Panasonic is, so I'm stuck with a pile of remotes for all my devices. and 2 the speakers for the set are on the bottom of it facing downward, I cant imagine what genius designer came up with this, but it does give the set a clean streamline look, I decided to get a visio sound bar for enhanced stereo sound and they paired perfectly both in dimensions and function. I know there are alot of flat screens out there but few of them can compare to these Panasonic sets, especially for the price point.

I purchased this tv because I already have a 50" plasma Panasonic and have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for this 32" LCD. Within minutes of hooking it up to my U-Verse box (via the HDMI input) and calibrating the res to 720, the tv starting blacking-out. I contacted the distributor, who sent me to Panasonic, who sent me to a local "certified" repair shop. They sent down some "monkey" who said it was AT&T's fault. AT&T replaced the U-verse box and the problem persisted. I contacted the repair shop again, and they sent out the same "monkey" who said the cord was too long. HUH?!?! So he cut my cord down (without asking) and said the problem was solved.....except of course, it wasn't. So, I called the repair shop again and they said to just change over to the component input.....which did stop the blacking-out issue, but didn't really solve the problem. So, I called the repair shop again and said I was not satisfied with using five cords to do what an HDMI cord is made to do, so they sent out two guys (who smelled homeless and looked like pedophiles) who replaced the HDMI board....which didn't fix the problem. I called the repair shop again, and they said that after some research, they believe the HDMI board can't "keep up" with the hd stream coming from my U-verse box....even when it's set at 720.....and that's just the way Panasonic built the tv. And on that note, they stopped returning my calls. The moral to my insufferable story....steer clear of this tv if you'd like to watch high-def via HDMI....especially if you have U-verse by AT&T.

I was very disappointed with my order. I received the TV and found that it was missing the installation kit and instruction manual...and the hassle of sending back the TV and re-ordering a new one.
