Well, I can’t wait to see the TV that I ordered, when it finally arrives. I ordered it because of the great reviews and the price and because it said that it was in stock and 3 days later still says that its in stock. Well I recieved an email from Amazon the day after ordering saying it wouldn’t be available for another week to week and a half, not off to a good start. Just be aware.

The picture ratio is a bit weird! Everyone seems wider- even skinny Teri Hatcher looks chunky…
And, the HD channels are such a ripoff!! the actual image gets even smaller. Besides, I can’t seem to distinguish the difference between the regular and the HD channels. I think, I actually like the picture on the reg. channels better…
The menu is very cumbersome and way too elaborate for simple functions.

This is amasing piece of modern electronics.
All my family really enjoys it.
Amazon delivery was very good and even before time.
Everything would be the best if I have warranty for this TV.

We’re not starting off on the right foot here. I’m hoping the TV delivers on performance what Amazon has failed to do so far. The delivery service promises a 5 hour window (12-5PM) and then shows up at 6PM only to find no one home. We reschedule and amazingly they hit the 5 hour target.
The delivery guy carries the TV in the box into the house. Both the box and the delivery guy are covered in soot. He slides the box across the floor leaving a dirt streak in the carpet. Why is my $1500 TV covered in dirt? And who is this guy covered in dirt carrying my TV? He hasn’t seen a ‘white glove’ in his life. He takes the TV out of the box and places it on the table and walks out telling my wife “…not to worry, the dirt will come up with a vacuum cleaner.”
I guess it was better that he didn’t touch anything than if he actually tried to see if the TV works.
If your buying this for the ‘White glove’ service…reconsider. I hope the TV performance is worth the hassle.

I purchased this TV and exchanged it because I had flashlighting and clouding all over the TV and in the corners, which made watching movies annoying. My second TV is even worse. Unless this TV has a break in period, which the manufacturer says it doesn’t, and it gets fixed, i will return it. I wouldn’t buy this again.
